So the house is good. We don't have the gas heat turned on, which sucks, but otherwise its decent. Oh, and our landlord is a creepy old man who is going to try to molest one of my roommates. No kidding. Yeah. Work is good. Last week I was #1 on my team for sales, and #3 in the building, which is pretty sweet. Its funny how one can know something is a bad idea, but still not be able to put it out of one's mind. Such is life. Oh well. I'll just have to burn that bridge when I come to it. Long story short, the douchebags moved out of the house at 800 DeHart Ave, so I'm moving back in on the 15th. This time its Andrew and I moving in as well as Nibz, who is one of Andrew's current roommates. We're still looking for a fourth roommate, so if you're interested let me know ASAP. I got the attic this time. It'll take some work, but I think the space will be even better than before. Nibz and I are going to paint the basement as well, and we're getting our friend who can do graffiti to do tags on the walls. Should be good times once again. We're having a Halloween party Oct 27th, you're all invited. If you were worried that this winter would be boring, think again. Its been a pretty good week. On monday Tracy and I went out to dinner, which was a lot of fun. Afterwards we came back here and hung out for a while. I learn cool things about her every time I see her. Yesterday I went to 97th St Pub for a couple birthday drinks with Bailey and some people from work. After that we went to my bro's house and got just absurdly stoned. It was a nice birthday. Work is pretty good. For some stupid reason they changed where everyone was sitting, but fortunately now I sit next to a girl who's very friendly in addition to being extremely hot. This morning I had to go to the Ramada for Shaw Cable's year end meeting. It was pretty dry, but basically we were told we're making loads of money. People are hoping for a raise soon, which would be nice. Our department alone makes the company a huge amount of money. I'm spinning at the new Rutabega Records on saturday. I've heard mixed things about the new venue, but oh well. I'll go check it out anyway. one night in bangkok....
Last night I went to 'Beat Boutique'. Originally it was supposed to be at Rutabega Records, but Evan left town so JGirl took over and changed the venue to a place in Myra Canyon. I had a great time. Joseph Martin was the main reason I went. That guy kicks so much ass. Jolene and Ashley were in town for this one. I've rarely met two girls more gorgeous than those.. Coming in October to the Grateful Fed.. Disco Dave and Marcus HalfLight present, 'Mustaches and Mini-Skirts', with DJs Joseph Martin and Miss Myte. Should be a good time. We'll have female Kelowna celebrities judging the best mustaches, males judging the best mini-skirts for some prizes. I started at Shaw on tuesday. Its pretty sweet. After training I'll be working 4 hours mon-fri, and making $25-$30 an hour. Hopefully I can move into my own place at the end of august. What's new... Waiting to hear when I start work at Shaw. Evan left town, so I'm now handling TSA Productions in Kelowna. I also get all his records while he's out of town, which kicks ass. We're no longer affiliated with Rutabega Records. Darin, the owner, ripped off Evan for a whole lot of money. Ditched saturday's rave to go to a mansion party up past Eight Mile Ranch. 2C-B is great. New beginnings are pretty good too. Sometimes you just need a push in the right direction. I'm spinning at Vanessa's party on saturday, then at Rutabega Records on the 30th. Ordering records soon. I'm thinking psytrance, hip hop and old school breaks. Hopefully I'll have needles and plenty of records by the end of july. I'm not online much these days.
